A $20 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is required for EACH & ALL appointments. No booking fee, no appointment. To reschedule and not forfeit booking fee, a 48hrs prior to appointment notice is required. Any time less appointment is considered canceled. (Example: Appointment is on Weds May 3 at 12pm , notice needs to be in by Monday May 1 at 12pm no later.) Appointments are automatically canceled if no call no show, or 10+ minutes past your scheduled appointment. I CHARGE A 100% CANCELATION FEE FOR ANY FORM OF CANCELATION MENTIONED ABOVE. If you are a no call no show there will be 100% charge for the service. Refunds are not available. Please arrive on time. Bare face, no makeup specially mascara. If you have makeup on, there will be an extra fee added to your service for makeup removal. Absolutely No Extra Guests. No children are allowed at any lash appointments.
